Beef & Burger in Rostock

I was planning to order a cheesecake for my wife at DR. The order was made in 4 days. The manager confirmed everything. I asked if I needed to call back and remind me of my order in advance so that everything was as it should be. The manager confidently said that everything will be as it should, and there is no need to call back. I decided to play it safe and called in a day to confirm. They did not pick up the phone for a long time, I got through from 3 times. And they told me that there are no necessary forms for cooking and they can only offer me an option that is 2 times more expensive. After that, there is no trust and confidence. I hope this review helps others to avoid this mistake!

We celebrated New Year at BEEF meat & wine, the program was promised to be enchanting until 7 am))) But alas ... the music was sad, there was clearly no DJ, the music was not danceable ... that even alcohol did not help))) There was no concert program! The waiters quickly removed the food from the table, at about 1:30 am. Ordering alcohol could take up to 30 minutes. In general, as I understand it, the party was not focused on guests ... The waiters were helpful, this is the only thing that pleases ....

Claim to the administration 1. Don't have one waiter serve the whole establishment on Sunday. A person does not have time purely physically. 2. You have a shortage of food in your kitchen, and more. He just asked me to bring a cola, to which they apologized and said that this was not there either. Indeed, the drinks fridge is half empty. As I understand it, it's a big problem to go to the grocery store after 100 meters and buy drinks in the fridge)) 3. Please remove these wretched capes from the sofas. If you position yourself as a good restaurant (steak house), then at least correspond to this level. Otherwise, everyone is sitting on each other's head, like in fast food ... 4. The waiter asked for water because the food is spicy enough. Water was brought when the food was already over)) 5. You have a beautiful chandelier with a Christmas tree. But she sprinkles on the table and in the dish. And you don't seem to clean up))) Overall impression: Thank you, I will not come again.

Courteous staff. Spacious hall. Many types of steaks, as well as appetizers, salads, etc. They will help you to choose wine for meat or other food. There is a dressing room at the entrance.

Excellent meat restaurant. One of the few restaurants that is over 10 years old and still quality, fun and visited.

Without any exaggeration, I will say that here are the best steaks, in the city of Kiev so for sure (and I know a lot about this). I definitely recommend it to everyone who loves meat! And by the way, a decent wine list.

I often visit this restaurant and want to share my opinion. First of all, I liked the cuisine in the restaurant, the waiters and the administration are very sensitive to customers, they will tell and show everything, orient on all issues from the menu to ordering a table, I also want to note that the dishes are always nice, and most importantly, no complaints about the taste of these dishes and ingredients, all well prepared from good products.

Best service and food!

There is such a good breakfast (in weekends till 16:00 ). You have your meal, cup of coffee and glass of sparkling wine( pay only for a meal) . Two weeks ago we tested a new desert like cheesecake with desert wine( which was proposed by waiter ). It was incredible)))

Super place with quality service and very tasty food. Prices "bite", but they fully justify themselves.

Were a family of 5 people. Took different burger - children's, classic, steakburger. Big, delicious, garnished with fries and sauce. The kids ate 1 burger for two and ate too much. Desserts for 5 balls. The chocolate fondant is exactly chocolate!

Everything is fine in this restaurant and for requests of a different nature ... everything was done perfectly.

ALWAYS eat baked chicken, and don't forget the pepper sauce. And for dessert, Basque cheesecake, it’s a brain tear, head off, and so on. For the wine list, you want to hug and kiss everyone involved in it, hug again and then order another glass or bottle.

A very nice place. The staff are friendly, fast serving, the products are fresh and deliciously prepared, the atmosphere is cozy and distinctive, this is not a chain conveyor for you. People are trying, you can see it and it's nice. A place to return to. Very soulful!

Super steaks This place is definitely worth a visit. The large restaurant is spread over two floors. There were seven of us and we sat at a huge round table - there was enough space for everyone. Our waiter immediately announced that we were in the best steakhouse in Kiev and you know - I believed him! A separate sommelier recommended the wines to us, then we chose the appetizers, and a little later it was time to choose the meat for the steak. Honestly, the meat show that preceded our choice amazed me to the core. On a large wooden board, samples of all types of steaks presented in the restaurant were laid out. The waiter told in detail about each type of meat and it was very visual and curious. The only question that bothers me is what is being done with these selected pieces of meat, selected as samples by the end of the day? Are they thrown away? This is simply barbaric, but if someone is being fried, then how should a client feel when chewing a steak, which until then had been shown to all other customers all evening and kept open for all to see. It is not clear ... I chose premium ribeye, as the waiter told me - this meat, and cooling down, continues to maintain a great taste. Everything was exactly as he said - everything was great! But, you know, I have experienced no less delight than from the legend of a magnificent steak from Baku tomatoes, which the waiter also recommended to me. They were incredible! The real taste of summer southern ripe tomatoes in mid-February, in Kiev - it was wonderful! An excellent 20-year-old port, offered to us as a digist, was the perfect end to this excellent dinner. To be honest - everything was great! The bill upset me a little - it was around $ 1000 for everything, but, unfortunately, you have to pay for everything good. This time, to be honest, the dinner was worth the money! 🤨🤨🤨 Apparently 15.02 was not our day. As a rule, we never had any questions. Now in essence: there are no complaints about the kitchen. Tar tar, vitello tonato, shrimp salad, duck, steak, liver pate were ok. The burger was carried to the child for 90 minutes. Nobody deigned to remove empty plates from the table. Apparently the waiter Victor had a hard day. They waited 40 minutes for espresso in the final. The feeling that the client is not valued. Something like this(

A stunning place with gourmet food and incredibly professional service. The steak won us over. I can only say "wow". Shrimp salad is good too. There are wines for every taste. I liked the advice of the waiter regarding the wine that replaces the dessert in taste😍 Go to a meeting with clients and you can pay the bill in foreign currency. The place is suitable for both business meetings and personal ones. I'll be happy to drop by again 😉

Good breakfasts (big beef, poached with salmon and avocado), a good filter of coffee for breakfast comes as a bonus (it is poured like in American establishments - throughout breakfast in unlimited quantities), on weekends a glass of sparkling wine is also attached to breakfast)), delicious cheesecakes with fruits and various sauces. The interior, service and location are excellent. There is a cozy summer terrace.

Sometimes you should pamper yourself with a visit to this place :). You enjoy everything: food, wine, great service! Only if you sit on the veranda, then it is better, away from the street, because you will be constantly disturbed by beggars passing by. But this fly intrusiveness is nothing compared to their CHEESECAKE !!!

Very tasty food. I love service this summer at the restaurant. Prices here skyrocketed at the beginning of 2020. This is not a highend it's good quality restaurant. It's too expensive relatively to other good restaurants

i had a dinner at this place couple months ago .i hated it so much that i remembered now since im in Kyiv and decided to write a review ..service was slow .waiters were pushing us to order expensive steak ..my salmon was overcooked .my husband's steak was dry .they try to push us to order wine ..you feel like they are watching you all the time .. and they expect a tip even though tipping culture isn't a ukrainian thing .as waiters here get paid by the restaurant ( this is not usa) ..i noticed that this attitude is only against foreigners ..ukrainian were treated differently .. so yeah shame on you guys ..they ruined a good spot for me ..bcz i had my first date with my husband there

Besides being arguably the best steakhouse in Kyiv, it is a great breakfast spot as well. Top class friendly and helpful staff, delicious food (eggs are cooked at the table) and pastry, exquisite decor. Highly recommended.

I love steak and would love to eat here but the web site is only in English and Russian, not Ukrainian. That is just wrong! I will visit it once it's in Ukrainian also.
